YES Workmanship Warranty
YES Installation provides a 1-Year Workmanship Warranty on all installations performed by our team.
This warranty covers:
Installation-related issues
Loose connections caused by installation
Mounting, wiring, and termination workmanship
Labor required to correct installation defects
If something we installed isn’t working correctly due to workmanship, we’ll make it right.
What This Warranty Does NOT Cover
Manufacturer defects (covered by manufacturer warranty)
Damage caused by power surges, lightning, or acts of nature
Equipment failure not related to installation
Changes made by others after installation
Wear and tear or normal aging
Software updates, reprogramming, or user changes
Equipment & Manufacturer Warranties
All equipment installed by YES Installation is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, which varies by brand and product. YES Installation will assist with warranty-related service but manufacturer policies apply.
Service Outside Warranty
Issues outside the workmanship warranty period or scope are handled as standard service visits.
Clients may choose to enroll in YES Care for:
Priority scheduling
Remote troubleshooting when available
Annual system health check
Member-only service discounts
YES Care is optional and not required.
