YES Installation specializes in:
Smart Home Automation – including Control4, Josh.ai, Lutron, and other home automation platforms.
Audio/Video Systems – whole-home audio, home theaters, media rooms, and video distribution.
Security & Surveillance Systems – cameras, smart locks, alarms, and monitoring.
Outdoor Entertainment – weatherproof TVs, outdoor audio, lighting, and backyard theater systems.
Voice-Control Systems – natural voice automation, room-to-room communication, and system integration.
All services are provided per the written proposals, contracts, or quotes issued to the client.
2. Booking, Consultations & Appointments
Clients may schedule appointments online, by phone, or email.
Clients must provide accurate property information and access instructions.
YES Installation reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, equipment delays, or staff availability).
Cancellation or rescheduling by clients must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance; otherwise, a fee may apply.
3. Payment Terms
Service fees, deposits, and payment schedules are detailed in the proposal or contract.
Deposits may be required before work begins; final payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.
Late payments may incur interest or service fees.
YES Installation reserves the right to pause or cancel work if payments are not received according to the agreed schedule.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide access to all areas of the property where installation or service is to occur.
Obtain any required permits or approvals for installation.
Maintain a safe environment for our installation team.
Notify YES Installation of any pre-existing property conditions that may affect work (e.g., structural issues, wiring hazards).
5. Equipment & Product Warranty
Equipment installed by YES Installation may carry manufacturer warranties; details will be provided per product.
YES Installation provides limited installation warranties, generally covering workmanship for [insert period, e.g., 12 months].
Warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, accidents, natural disasters, unauthorized modifications, or tampering.
6. Liability & Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for product defects, software updates, or third-party service issues beyond installation.
