They are amazing. And I won't just claim this without explanation. 1. They were on time. 2. They did not just take the easiest way out. They spent hours trying to make sure the install looked as good as possible. I honestly expected external conduits but they didnt do a single one! 3. Everyone I dealt with was extremely polite and prompt. And last but not least 4. It was super easy to request service, pay for deposit and then pay the final fee. Just outstanding.

Man where do I began..... First off I would like to thank Yes Installation for being the best that I have dealt with over the years. Brian came out and changed a couple of cords out for me and installed my lights on the back of my TV. It took my living room to another level! Brian is the best hands down. Yes Installation is a fantastic AV company. Brian was very helpful when I sent an email asking about an outdoor TV purchase/install. He took the time to source options that might be the best for the area I was wanting to install. He helped me narrow down those options and then sent me a detailed estimate. Every step of the way he was prompt, professional and informative. I was doing this as a surprise for my hubby and it was a HIT! He LOVES the new outdoor TV and can't wait for movie night/sports! Showed up on the exact time and talked me through what they were going to do and asked did I want anything else done. They protected my Hardwood floors and rock fireplace before starting their work. I was very impressed with the professionalism and how they worked as if it was their home and TV making sure everything was just right and not to damage anything.
